Thank you so much, everyone, for all your help in getting this going. I look forward to chatting with you all. I am on my way out the door but wanted to let you know that I am up and running and will check in as often as I can. I will try and answer any questions you might have about me, my character or just the business in general. I also look forward to hearing your critiques of my work, both good and bad. I really don't mind the bad at all. I'm pretty thick skinned. You have to be, to work in the business we work in.

Welcome. Looks like you're now set for your fans. You may want to head over to the fanclub section of the forums, too, and seek out a little club devoted to Dub Gai. They'll be happy to see you.

I'll go ahead and get this party started, then. Here are a few opening questions:

1. Did you know about Naruto when you were asked to audition for a role? If so, did you have someone else in mind who you wanted to play?

2. Have you been keeping up with the dub episodes so far?

3. Who's your favorite character so far in the series?

Doing an amazing job so far Gai...Heck U can be even funnier than the Japn Gai at times...oh man I'll never forget that "manly features" line...

I am bordering on a 100% assurance that you're also playing Itachi, but only Anime News Network is backing it up.

If you are, then how is it possible that you can play two contradicting characters perfectly?

If you aren't Itachi, then how are you playing Gai so perfectly?

. I think you achieved perfection with Gai's voice. Its defintlely one of the most entertaining on the show and your Itachi voice was very well done as well. I'm sure most people here are gonna agree.

I don't even watch the dub, but seeing as you play Gai, you are automatically cool in my book.

From all the praise I've read in this thread, if I ever do decide to watch the Naruto dub, you will have played a large part in my decision.

Welcome to the forums Skip. I must agree w/ Jkingler and say that i havnt had to much interest in the dub till I saw all the praise that you (and King Kyle) have gotten. Ill def tune in this week and see for myself. A quick question though - How was the audition for Gai like? be as detailed as you like. again, welcome to the forums, and thanks for taking the time to talk to the fans.
