Is it good to use the same video clip twice in an AMV if it goes good with the song?

NO!!! It is one of the DO NOT DO rules in amv making!
Never use the same clip twice in the same amv
Never use subtitles

yes it's alright. but you could use an effect to make it look a bit different.
