Batman (Prep-time) vs Hulk (any form)

Ok, we got Hulk, any version you want, Maestro, Mindless, War etc...

However, on the other hand, we got Batman, with his ever so glorious prep-time.

Who wins, and how do they win. No posts simply saying "Batman because preptime PWNZZZZZZZZZZZZORSZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZMGS ! YOUR S0U|_!!" or anything of the like.

Against the Maestro or the Devil Hulk I have to side with Hulk, he would not only be stronger/faster/more durable than bats, but he'll be far smarter because those incarnations have the mind of Bruce Banner, thats not even counting the healing factor.

As for the other incarnations, I'm curious what Batman might be able to do.

Maestro and Devil Hulk possess greater strength than Bats could ever hope to match, they are durable enough to survive nuclear explosions, they can easily run atleast several hundred miles an hour and comprehend speeds great enough to allow them to pull the silver surfer off his board.

Thats not even mentioning the fact that they can heal instantly from almost anything and they each possess a mind more brilliant than Batman can fathom.

Face it, he's fucked.

Not to mention he's immune from Psychic attacks(hence beating Xavier) and more powerful than the godlike Thanos(hence the Infinity Gauntlet). Batman got crushed by Baine...

Thanos killed half of the universe with a wave of his hand, and Maestro beat him, and took the item that gave him that power, and another one just like it.

People seem to think Doom with prep>Batman with prep, and he still got pwned to an extreme degree.

Maestro is basicly a cosmic.

I can think up two ways prep-time Batman beats Maestro already:

Creates a time machine, sends Maestro back to the Gamma-bomb thing that killed him the first time.

OR Batman invents a Gamma Warhead, and blows Maestro to hell.

Since the Gamma bomb is proven to kill Maestro, I fail to see how either of these will not work with various plot-device Batman workings.

Sorry to break this to you, but the gamma bomb did NOT kill Maestro, he survived and came back later on.

Wait, wait, wait..the Maestro killed someone who was in possession (and using the power of) the Infinity Gauntlet?

It was a trophy, all the other trophies seem to be taken as a sign of victory, hence we must take it that he took it after he defeated someone who used it.

too bad maestro was beaten and killed by the present day hulk who was brought to the future by dr. doom's time machine. Maestro can be killed he might have been more powerful but he was vulnerable to death for some reaon

unlike some other hulks. I didn't really understand the whole story it was a while back, i think i was 12 when that story came out.

Anyways against maestro batman will have a hard time cause he could counter intellectually batman's plan, for the other ones he could probably do something for it to consider it a win.
