Hmm...

The Dragon Eye is basically a suped up Sharingan but much better...

Add to the fact that he's somewhat crazy, nullifies stuff like the Tsukiyomi which would only make him lust for his sister some more... ... He has chi attacks that can attack from mid-range I guess... add to the uberness of Tenjou Tenge characters of Naruto characters... His sword... ... His slicing through Itachi before Itachi realizes it...

The only episode with him in it was him showing his killing intent so i cant vote.

Well, I wasn't exactly impressed too much by Shin's abilities, minus the Ryuugan. I mean, he was a decent fighter and some some Chi attacks when he goes insane. Sure he has that big sword, but we really didn't see much of his skill. Though, we've seen a bit more of what Itachi is capable of and his range of skill. I'd say his speed, reflexes and ninjutsu puts him above that of Natsume Shin.
