Doraemon gonna win...all he had to do is take out his 'Small Light', beam it at Felix which will shrink that black-and-white cat to the size of an ant, and then our true blue robo cat will stomp Felix to death!!

...or take that famous pink door of his and push Felix into outer space with it.
