Meatwad has more actual powers, but he's really stupid. Live, even stupider than Shake. Plus, he's pretty good natured, whereas Shake is an evil bastard.

there are two episode in which meatwad has been insanely powerful, the one called baloonenstein, where he gains electrical powers, and the meat zone where he becomes insanely intelligent...oh, and in t-shirt of the living dead when he gets the shirt of anubis and makes shake a reindeer ...I laughed so hard when he was getting humped by the other reindeer, lol. plus the ep super model where punks shake mentally into getting that ridiculous surgery...and there are more...it just keeps going, lol. shake has gotten him a couple of times, but meatwad has the huge advantage. the real winner is ignignockt though
