It's been 10 years since they left the Twin cape, Brook was playing alone on the ship, and dreaming about the past.
He's now in TB with Luffy and others, reminiscing the lonely past.
Brook opens up his skull, and pulls out a Sound shell (Sound dial)
He recorded music on it when the Rumba pirates were attacked by someone with poisonous weapon, and they figured they were all going to die... so Laboon can hear the Bink's sake song even after their deaths.

When Brook's singing Bink's sake with Luffy, he says:
Laboon...!
If you've been waiting there for 50 long years...
Can you patiently wait just a year or two more?

I have....
The pride of a Pirate too!
You wait for me facing the great wall...

So I want to reunite with you from the "front", just like I promised!

Brook's joining for sure.

1st page:

"It's alright, just hang on tight, and sing through the storm to get through!" (cam pic blurry)

"Brook's a bounty head now!"

2nd page:
Brook: "This is what's called a 'tone dial' that we got from a merchant. It's a rare shell that can store and play sounds."
Luffy: "Oh yeah, the ones from Sky islands!"
Brook: "I'm always carrying this on me, to play it for Laboon if I ever meet him again."
Usopp: "You have something recorded on it?"
Brook: "Yes, a song." "I have the voices of the crewmates recorded before they died. It's a message for Laboon, to tell him that we had great fun, and ended our journey happy." "Is it ok if I play it right now?" (Luffy nods)

Bink's sake:
Yohohoho Yohohoho x 4
I'm bringing you the sake of Binks.
The breeze of ocean is wishy-washy, leave to the wave
Beyond the ocean, even the evening sun is making noise
The birds in the sky are circling around, singing song

(The rest of the song has too many parts unreadable, due to the low rez of the pic)
(The Rumba pirates seem to be singing, on their verge to death. But singing cheerfully and happily, as a message to Laboon)

Final page:
Brook: "If you've been waiting for 50 years long... can you please patiently wait a year or two more?
I have the pride of a pirate too! You wait for us facing the great wall, so I want to reunite with you from the 'front' as promised!"

Another dies. "Trio..."

Last one dies, leaving just Brook.
