What Should I Watch Next?

I was talking to a friend who told me that I should check out some of the old Gundam series. He told me about 08ms team, 0083, zeta gundam, 0079 and 0080, zz gundam, F90 and F91.

Has anyone seen these series? And if so, what ones do you think I should check out first?

I've seen all the gundams except MSG because I have a hard time watching dubbed anime. Currently at episode 34.

Anyway, to help answer your question:

F90 is a manga so watching that wont be easy, reading it is a different matter though. F91 is good aswell as 08th MS Team, Stardust Memories (0083) are also good. Wouldn't recommend War in the Pocket (0080) since it's basically six episodes of total crap. Well, some cool mecha in it but that's pretty much it. Zeta and ZZ are both great. ZZ may lean towards the more silly side while Zeta is quite serious, but still, both are very entertaining.

As for MSG (0079), if you want to torment yourself with a poorly dubbed anime from 1979, be my guest. I consider myself a quite big gundam fan and I have a time watching it. Instead of MSG, you should try watching Victory. Very cool and it's not dubbed like MSG.

Thanks for the help man. I managed to find a sub version of 08ms Team so ill go check that out. Ill try find the other Gundam's too :D

F90 never became animated... it was only a manga... as for F91, i think there was an ova about that one. i have seen 0083 stardust memory... its a good one... you must watch Mobile Suit Gundam (0079), zeta and ZZ. the 08th MS team, is also good based on a lot of things i have heard, and 0080? i think that is war in the pocket... they say its also good.

if you're looking for copies, then boxtorrents has most of them... =D

For UC's, I've only seen 0079, 0083, Zeta, Char's Counterattack and the F91 movie. All of them are good. I'm still targeting ZZ, but it's hard to find one.

I guess Mindless has given you good recommendations on what to check out.
