Mwa-ha-ha. So, given that Kalifa can block lightning and has exotic strength-sapping abilities that could potentially affect Logia users, can she beat Eneru? Note that Nami actually blocked a couple of Eneru's blasts, so it's not like Eneru is lightning-fast all of the time; it's more of an instantaneous-movement ability like Soru.

He'd have trouble with her new devil fruit power. But I think she'd have even more trouble trying to defeat him since its not like she can just run up and rub soap all over him unless she tricks him with sex appeal. I think in the end Eneru would win. I mean Luffy was immune to most of his attacks too, but its not like the battle was easy for him at all.

I'll bet my money one Eneru. Its true that Kalifa can resist lightning with her soap bar. But still, Kalifa couldn't touch Eneru because he can turn to lightning. Unless, she uses the bubble like when she did to nami and erase her strength. However, unless she erase Eneru's lightning power (if she could?), she wouldn't be able to hurt Eneru even a bit even when his strength is removed because Eneru's body is made of lightning.

Actually, she just has the smallest amount of... whatever it was called. Plus, that was before she ate the Devil Fruit. I'm guessing that now, with the fruit power, she's probably not the weakest.
As for the fight, I'd say Eneru. Kalifa didn't block lighting with her soap, she blocked Nami's attack, it's different since I highly doubt that the soap is for specifically blocking lighting. Also, I believe someone mentioned that Nami was able to block Eneru, thus he's not always fast? Unless you forgot, she just blocked the lightning blast, which isn't built on his speed.
So, considering Eneru's power to know what people are going to do, I bet he could easily get away from all her physical attacks, which is most of her arsenal. Plus, I bet his power over lighting could dominate over her soap abilities. So, I'm going with Eneru.

One last thing, I'd just like to say that I like this thread, the matchup is definitely interesting.

I wonder.. How in the name of Eneru!? did he acquired such power!? Is it a natural ability for the Skypieans.. cuz.. the 4 priests have them.. the little girl has it..

Kalifa has her rokushiki power.. hm.. with her current DF.. I'd say her rank in the CP9 would skyrocket to at least below jyabura.. needless to say, interesting match up..

Well, from what I remember, the mantra is more of a learned thing, but I guess there are probably some who are born with it, like the girl. Eneru was probably born with it too, considering his skill at it.
I wouldn't say that she's right below the wolf man, but maybe she is, I'm not too sure.

She *was* the weakest member of CP9. However, that bubble ability of hers is incredibly versatile and ought to boost her at least to #4.

I'm thinking yeah. He'll be able to know when she does it due to the noise her body makes. And even if he doesn't know where exactly she'll end up, I bet he could just zip off on his own so that she doesn't surprise him.

What is being overlooked is that even though she's the weakest member of CP9 her physical powers are incredible and I'm not so sure if she isn't able to catch up with Eneru, I mean Luffy had to go gear 2 against uhm that one CP9 member which I forgot the name of. Y'all know who I mean.

Doesn't mean she'll be able to beat Eneru, I mean he's a fucking logia fruit user. Insanely imba.

Actually, I don't think anyone's overlooking her physical skills, we all know that it's great. But the thing is that pure physical skill doesn't matter against logia, it won't help her out since her blows won't hurt him, they're more likely to hurt her.
Also, I'm not quite sure but I think that when Luffy fought Blueno I believe he was able to hit him before he used Gear 2. Remember? He used Gatling Gun and Blueno tried to get away, but he was able to chase him down and smash him with a fist. The Gear 2 was just a way to get stronger, plus probably faster too, but he could still catch up to him, this was just to become better.

She has the ability to clean away anything she wipes, Im guessing that includes intelligence and abilities.


Not to mention, Soap doesn't conduct electricity either. Combined with Cp9 training she would be a formidable foe.
