I would never try to pass it that many times. If I failed so many times I'd just be like "Well I'm obviously a bad driver....I think I should just take transit forever."

She's 70. Its possible her memory is failing her, might be a bit late to start driving...

The UK tests are so expensive. 50 a pop each, for both theory and practical.

It's the written exam. It has nothing to do with her driving abilities. Since she is Korean born (I would assume), I can understand why she failed the written exam so many times.

I am doing just fine despite the fact that I don't know half of the driving laws in Massachusetts. You know how I pass the test? I know that the wait time at the DMV is quite long, so I decided to study while I wait. There are booklets about the laws of the road at the DMV, I just take it and scan over the pages while I wait and when it's my turn to take the test, I come in while those laws still fresh in my mind and pass the test in about 5 minutes. I believe it was suppose to be a 20 minutes test.

Now if you ask me about the driving laws in Massachusetts, I don't even know half of them. But it still doesn't hinder my driving since I have never gotten into an auto accident. Most of us can drive a car just fine without a driver license.

Anyway, I am a little concern since she is 68 years old. She is not exactly young to operate a vehicle.

how many times could she go up then... like every day?

It takes like 2 months here before u can go up again after u failed.
