I liked the 1st and 3rd ones the most. The 1st one loks as if Ichigo is going into battle once again. +reps

Ichigo's hair for the first one is beautiful, shadows and highlights are lovely. Your lighting for your other two works look real good to me as well. Having a light source is always important for setting the atmosphere and you do it very well.

Dude the first one is awsome. The colors are perfect and the half hollow half soul reaper parts cross over into the others side which makes t look all the more cool
