Oh? What makes the others so different from her then? Naruto should get over Sasuke, Sakura should get over Sasuke and Sasuke should have gotten over the deaths of his family. Hypocrisy be thy name.

Hinata has nothing she needs to get over. Naruto's nonreciprocation of her affections has not been proven to be a foregone conclusion. That said, once again, there's nothing to get over because there's nothing to get over yet.

I agree completely.

One of the reasons overreact when people bash Hinata is 'cuz I'm still one of those quiet girls like Hinata, albeit, I have no crush yet. I don't think any one of us ever will understand Hinata bashing anyways.

One of the best ways to disprove Dr. Love is this.

The Dr. Love argument has always been carried around with this idea that Yamato knew everything about the old Team Seven 'cuz good ol' Kakashi told him.

While the "Huh?" is obviously just shock, shouldn't have Dr. Love known she would react that way if Kakashi really told Yamato everything? How do we know Yamato knows anything about the first Team Seven? Yamato is clueless as to what Sakura's relationship with Sasuke is. Yeah, Kakashi told him everything!1!!11!!!1

And what about Hinata? If Dr. Love could smell love from a mile away, he obviously should've told Hinata that she cares for Naruto because she loves him, may I add, in the middle of a battle, right? If Yamato doesn't even notice Hinata's feelings for Naruto, how would he notice that Sakura omglurves Naruto?

NaruSaku, because the almighty Dr. Love needs no background info to point out trulub; he was trained to notice it.

Anyway, Hinata bashing starts because of 2 things:

1.) It's large fandom (might as well hate Naruto in general)
2.) See Hinata as a threat to NaruSaku.

I cannot see why? Hinata just have a crush on him, its not like she favors others for her crush unlike some female characters. Also, it should be Sakura threating both NaruHina and NaruSaku.

So far, Sakura only sees Naruto as a pesty friend, but all of a sudden, she's in love with him.
Hinata loved Naruto the WHOLE time while Sakura was focusing most of her time on Sasuke and she knows that Hinata loves him (I mean, it's that obviosu). It's like Sakura fighting with Ino over Sasuke all over again. Especially for a selfish reason-just because Sasuke's not around as much. Even Sakura/NaruSaku fans wouldn't want to see that.

As for NaruSaku, Sakura still loves Sasuke-that's a fact, and Naruto knows and accepts it. Do you think Naruto would go for a Sakura would clearly has feelings for his best friend? Naruto-kun's no silver medal. People shouldn't bash Sasuke either because he's a "threat" to NaruSaku, Sasuke doesn't feel the same way about her (at least, not yet)-it's all Sakura. And people shouldn't pair Sasuke and Hinata up just to get of them either. (Even though SasuHina is an interesting pairing).

I'm not saying to blame Sakura, just don't blame Hinata and Sasuke either.

Really, just because Sasuke is gone doesn't mean Sakura loves him any less or that Naruto would try to press his own feelings onto her. I don't care for this pairing past platonic Their each other's rock. She loves Sasuke, or likes him the most, whereas Naruto cares for him as his best friend and rival. Besides, this pairing uses quite a lot of loopholes such as SasuHina, and SasuKarin.

I agree wholeheartedly. It seems bashing is the only way people deal with threats to their pairing. I hardly see bashing towards Naruto in the hundred of SasuSaku ficlets I've read. However, I've come across my share with Naru/Hina. I'm a member of both pairings communities on Live Journal, and one drabbles threw me a few feet. I know for a fact Naruto would never call Sakura a "bitch". Or this one drabble that made my mouth drop to the fall about Naruto and Sakura doing the deed on Sasuke's grave. Completely out of character and shameful. Sakura does threatens NaruSaku because she doesn't have romantic feelings for him, and Hinata's feelings for Naruto also poses a problem. So why not get rid of the competition in one swoop. Here's where the loopholes come in (ex: SasuHina, SasuKarin, NejiHina basically anything to get Sasuke and Hinata out the picture).

Two loudmouths and two quiet people in a relationship typically will end badly. One needs their ying or yang, a sense of completion.

I believe Hinata is good for Naruto because she believes in him when no one else did, and he helped her become strong. Whereas Sakura is always reaching out to Sasuke, and it was her voice that saved him from himself. He desires to protect her, which he wanted Naruto to do since he couldn't and was clearly jealous when Sakura cast an admiring glance at Naruto instead of him. I adore these two pairings and both girls because they've grown so much from when they first started out, especially Sakura.

Of course it hurts to be in an unrequited love triangle and watching the girl you like falling in love with someone else, but clearly he accepted that in the end. I'm sure he'd be happy if she did one day love him, but it's rather far fetched.

In the end, you can't fault someone for who they love and don't love nor can you force them to. You love who you love and only the person has the will to determine for how long and how deep not a bunch of wild fans tittering at a would-be cute possibility.
