doesn't the creation of a child go directly against the 'destroy fucking everything' clause Jashinism stands for?

Maybe, but then again for any religion to survive, it needs members, and one of the best ways to have members is to have children born into it, because not everyone will choose to join one during adulthood. It's much easier to brainwash a child than it is an adult. Jashinism is about the worship of slaughter, and it says "kill thy neighbor", if no people are ever born then there would be no people to slaughter. I'm not sure if it said everything must be destroyed or if it just said that one must kill. So I'm not sure that there would be some strict code that a Jashinist reproducing is forbidden.
Jashinism seems to be the opposite of Christianity in a lot of ways, sort of like a Satanism, and I don't think that Satanists have the same "no sex before marriage" and "celibacy" codes that Christianity does. I would think Jashinism being so different from Christianity, would like the idea of it's members engaging in debauchery, lewd acts, fornication, any kind of thing that is seen as "evil" by the majority, because Jashin means "evil god". I would picture Jashinism to be sort of like the early pagan religions where orgies and other sexual acts deemed unacceptable by Judeo-Christian beliefs, were accepted.
Also, Hidan is not the sharpest tool in the shed and he can be impulsive, so I wouldn't find it shocking for him to accidentally knock someone up.XD A friend of mine pictured him having knocked up girls in every village they might have been to.
And sapphire you could even write that he made the child before he became a Jashinist, the religion was described as "newly founded" in the databook, so chances are Hidan wasn't one for all that long.
