G4 live at E3, the longest commercial I've ever seen!

Well, if anyone was watching it last night, they will know what I'm talking about.

The commercial time was greater than the show time. They hyped up the same thing over and over again, and kept cutting to commercial. And, when they got back, they kept plugging Scion this, Mountain Dew that. It was just one giant commercial, with a few game related things sprinkled in.

I sure hope tnight's is better, I mean seriously. Was there that little to see, that they had to inflate it wth 1,000,000 commercials, and a lot of homo-erotic skits?

It kind of reminded me of the Ultimate Fighting championship on Spike TV. If anyone's seen that, they probably know what I mean. :amazed

true sooo true. but they have always kind of done that. that is why i wait till they show the reruns of it. they usually will play them with little comercials.

Ugh. I'm reminded as to why I stick with the internet for my E3 fix.

They did the same thing for some event either earlier this year or '05(I forget if it was the Tokyo Game Show or E3 of last year). I stopped watching G4 a while ago, for a bunch of reasons. I gave it the DAGGER!!!!

Yeah there was one moment where they came back and about 1 minute later they went back to commercial. Today has to be better though because they will actually be at the event not just the press conferences. And they spent way too much time with the 360 and PS3.... hopefully they spend more time with the Wii because now that we know the price range of the PS3 what else is there to show really? We know it's going to have spectacular graphics, but damn it seemed to take over the show yesterday.
