Hello everyone.

I got a French assignment this week, and got something to translate as well (I've only been learning it for 3 months, mind you), and I'm no genius in French as of yet, so I was wondering if some of you could give me the exact translation of it. I do have somewhat an idea of how it goes, but it'd be nice to have the exact translation of it! *And please don't use some online-translator, they're always wrong*

Here goes ;

I know it's a lot, but it'd be really appreciated if someone could take the time to give me a translation. <3

These two regions lie in the central Massic(Massif?), a territory very desolate, mainly because of a grim climate and an information network which was only a bit developed. What the landscape concerns, there are regions which are very green and with very much water, thanks to many springs and the humidity of the climate. The Auvergne is a place with volcanos (today extinct), lakes and hot springs (Vichy, Mont-Dore), while Limousin has plateaus covering veldts and forests. The capital of the Auvergne is Clermont-Ferrand (about 141 000 inhabitants), an important centre of industry and craftsmen since the 19th century (the fabrics of Michelin were installed in 1881). The capital of Limousin is Limoges (about 137 000 inhabitants), known for porcelain and enamel.

My French isn't perfect, but this should be sufficient until a native speaker translates it properly. Hope I could help!^^

These two regions are located in the Massif Central, a very desolated territory; mainly beacuse of a harsh climate and a communication network that has been underdevelopped for a long time.
As for what concerns the landscape, these are very greeny and water-rich, thanks to the climate's humidity. The Auvergne is the land of volcanos (extinct today), lakes and therma sources (Vichy, Mont-Dore); whereas the Limousin presents many fields covered with hills and forests.
Auvergne's regional capital is Clermont-Ferrand (about 141.000 inhabitants).
It's been an important industrial center since the 19th century (Michelin factories established there in 1881).
Limousin's regional capital is Limoges (about 137.000), famous for it's porcelain and ????? can't translate this one sorry :)

Je me base sur la traduction de whitecrowz qui est deja tres bonne :

As for the landscape, these are very greeny and water-rich lands, thanks to the climate's humidity and the numerous water source. The Auvergne is the land of volcanoes (extinct today), lakes and thermal sources (Vichy, Mont-Doré); whereas the Limousin presents many tablelands (plateau is ok too) covered with meadows and forests.
Auvergne's regional capital is Clermont-Ferrand (about 141.000 inhabitants),
an important industrial center since the 19th century (Michelin factories established there in 1881).
Limousin's regional capital is Limoges (about 137.000), famous for it's porcelain and vitreous enamel.

:amuse Teachers are like a family : you always get your older cousin's clothes... Just switch clothes with homework... Especially with the internet now, many teachers look for homework there.
