ArcAnime, one of the Internet's most popular anime sites around. With hundreds of anime reviews, over 10,000 members, gigs and gigs of anime, and an awesome forum community, might make its return. Arc, the owner, has gotten bored with out his prized site and is now seeking to recreat it, but theres a catch. He can't do it alone. He needs at least one good coder to help him. If you are interested in helping ArcAnime return and are a good PHP coder please come help the cause!
