Hong Kong Phooey for sure. Its a well known fact that 90% of Western cartoon characters are reality warpers, have immortality as well as a host of other powers such as dimensional relocation, invurnerability, superspeed etc.

Just look at Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck etc. They all have demonstrated high levels of invurnerability, immortality and reality warping abilities.

Spiderman has no way of competing against such awesome powers.

Actually, Bugs Bunny does seem fairly similar to Jamie Braddock in variety of powers, so this does seem to have some merit.

I don't remember Hong Kong Phooey doing anything that spectacular though, so I say Spider-man for the win (heck, without his partners Hong Kong would be lucky if he could even find the fight!).
