Y~K vs LotU: In a Debate

Well since they are both banned now, I thought it would be a good time to pose this questions. Which one would win in a hypotetical debate as defined in the rules of this fight?

THE RULES:
The hypotetical debate will involve both Sasuke and Kabuto. Both character's reputation are at stake and their is no chance of a tie between the two. Y~K and LotU both have bloodlust and the battleground is the entire Naruto forum

Who would win?

For some added fun you can give "old blood" power to Y~K and the sharingan to LotU. :P

Yeh, lotu is actually pretty cool outside uchiha debates, i dont actually mind him.

When it comes to uchiha, he reminds me of some people, i wouldnt dislike, but i hate having certain conversation as they woudl piss me off.
