Aizen has to draw his sword, and Darkside has to see it, in order for absolute hypnosis to work. On the other hand, the moment Darkside sees Aizen, Darkside can shoot his omega beams. And they don’t miss its target.

I think Darkside can shoot his omega beams before Aizen draws his sword.

The Omega Effect remove the target from the Source, IE they never exsisted.
