Who shall win, in a dodging competition?
Neji has 360 vision, Spiderman has Spidey Sense©.
They are dodging rocks being thrown at them from all sides by Neji hating DC fanboys. :nuts
Kaiten is not allowed, Spiderman cannot use webbing. They can only dodge, not attack.
Everyone knows how good Spiderman is at dodging things he can't even see. Neji, though showing good skills in dodging all the kunai Kidomaru spit out, still has that blind spot...

Spiderman. He has no blind spots, and is way more agile than it is possible for even Naruto humans.

I don't buy that Spiderman is faster than ninjas.
Show me comic proof that he is faster than the human eye while in movement, and has appeared behind anyone in a flash, while he was directly in front of them, and I might change my mind.
Until then, ninjas are faster than Spiderman.
As for Neji's blind spot, that isn't really a factor. Unless the people throwing the rocks throw it there by chance.
Also, Spiderman can be confused by his sense, and not be able to dodge multiple things, because he doesn't get a unique sense for each stone thrown. I've seen this happen in a couple of his comics. He sense something, but he doesn't know where it's coming from, and gets caught off guard.
For me, Neji wins.

The blind spot doesnt matter anyway for two reasons.
One is, neji actually moves so he is likely to overlap the blind spot each time.
Second, he got rid of that problem by emitting chakra into his blind spot so when and object reaches is, he can feel it.

Neji ftw, he is good at dodging, adding multiple projectiles into the equation means he has an advantage.

Never said he is faster than them, although I'd still vouch for him in that. More agile he is definately. What is the volume of rock threwn at them? Do you count deflecting rock as a hit or does it not count?

Agility is more difficult to measure, but whatever.
Trying to deflect or hit a rock counts as a hit, since this is pure dodging skills only.
humhum...both have 360 vision. I say spiderman stumbles and Neji takes this one

^^^ spiderman does not have 360 vission, just a sense for danger which makes him react instantly.
So im guessing peter would win.
It depends on how far the attacks are comming from.
If they are comming from a mile away, then neji takes this he would see them a mile away.
If they are really close then neji eyes doesnt help him as much as spider sense helps peter.

Neji, since the guy is basically made to dodge until he can get that one killing strike in on his opponent. 360 degree vision with a chakra sense in his one blind spot, not to mention all of his training that we ever see is dodging a weapon master. Add to that the fact that his rival is super fast and attacks with bone crushing force, it becomes obvious that Hyuuga Neji isn't going to be hit easily.
Spiderman does have the danger sense...but that doesn't really help him dodge so much as it helps him realize that he needs to dodge something. =Peter is nimble, but without his webs to utilize in crafty ways...Neji wins easily I'd say.

neji is faster, but spidey doesn't have a blind spot..
Still going for "who cares?" though..

neji is probably faster, but spidey doesn't have a blind spot..
Yeah, he does. It's called "behind his head". Everyone but Neji has an enormous blind spot where their eyes can't see at all - Neji is exceptional in having such a tiny blind spot.

Spider sense > Byakugan
neji is physically gifted with less brain than physical power
spidey is mentally gifted with less physical power than brain power
it makes up in the end

Actually, against ranged attacks using only dodging and sensory abilites, Spiderman takes this.
Precognition is more important that agility again ranged attacks, since those attacks can't be corrected mid-air.
Agility is more important in melee for dodging since the aim can be correct.
Here's an extreme example. Let's see that I'm going to attack you in hand-to hand combat and you have great sensory but crappy speed compared to me.
As I attack, you accurate manuever out of the way - mid-attack, I can compensate and change my aim. The information yeilded by your senses are useless.
Now take range attacks. Let's say that I'm still the agility guy and you are the sensory guy. Someone attacks us with ranged attacks. You move ahead of time out of where the shot will land. The shooter has no control for correcting the aim so it misses. I, on the other hand, might need to know were to go. If the attacks are light speed, I CAN'T dodge them period, but you might move before it could normal be perceived (i.e. when you'd be hit)
Thus, ignoring power comparisons, Spiderman takes this I believe.

lol you guys make it sound like Spiderman never gets hit by anything ever. Yes, Spiderman's spider scense can tell him when danger is coming, but its not full proof since it dosnt always tell him what the danger is, where it is comeing from, exactly when it is coming, etc... Also, even with Spiderman's super agility and spider sense he still gets hit in physical combat against people like the Lizard, the Scorpion, Green Goblin, etc...

I just realized something, does it count as a hit if spiderman jumps off a rock? or are they tiny-tiny?

First off a fight w/o attacking?
That outa da way it would draw because they are both the dodge masters and cant be hit

I don't see how Neji is gonna win this then. He had to hit that spiderguys spiders(Kidoumaru?) to prevent them from hitting him, and he had hard time against single shots from him. Of course Kidoumaru was a ranged expert but the velocity of objects shot at Neji was far far from the speed of objects Spidey dodges daily.
Reznor gave good explanation too.
Spiderman dodges bullets and superhuman punches, neji dodges kunai. 'Nuff said.

Spiderman has dodged machine gun fire comign from six machins guns from diffrent directions, at basically point blank range.
Spiderman wins.
He's like the master of dodging intimate objects.

Spider-man can dodge way better than Neji. Spider-man has MORE experience at dodging and he can see a f****** bullet flying away towards him. If spider-man will still lost lets bring here the cosmic-spidey.

It's pretty hard to say who is faster or more agile, but the spider can dodge bullets even at close range so I go for spiderman.

at the moment I'm studing Chinse Jujitsu with my father. it's really all about making your grabs extend range for maximum combos. I can relate to neji when it comes to fightin spidy. it's not about being able to see nor about six sence. what it really comes down to is locking combanations to ensure Recovery from speed and Reflex loss.
Example: I'm a hardcore weslter and your a Ti-chi master. normally you'd have better speed then I would and I have an Adapt sence of dodging and blockin. if I'm dead up in your face you'd need to either attack me by focusing your time into one powerful blow,or you'd need to Reconfigure your reflex to make a counterattack and save your self the engery neccersary to make a finshin Blow
now say I'm at mid range, you can Reverse my attack or you can parry it to hold down my opening weakness. the point is overall stamina is nessisary to make a Reflex of Dodge. the man with the better stamina wins this fight. simple as that!

Frankly, I don't think that real combat is too relevant since precogish-sensory isn't a factor in real combat.
Also, blocking isn't relevant either since this is just dodging.

my point is that stamina should be a an Important step to dogding. . .if you think otherwise then alright. . .

if great minds think alike then lets be brothers lol.
I'll put an example then to make the thinking on my account easier. what if they were dodging on of Ironman's Proton cannons.

Then Neji would be flash fried?
By the way, this is my second post in two months! I love vacations!!!!!
Seriously though, it's hard to compare the reflexes and dodging ability of Neji to Spierman because they don't dodge things of the same caliber and speed. They also have different ways of dodging, and the anime/manga physics are a whole lot different than comic book physics. Whenever a manga or anime artist wants to convey someone moving fast, they always use the patented 'blurry line' to show someone seemingly teleporting from one place to another. This doesn't show us at all how fast a character is. This technique is used in Naruto, InuYasha, Dragonball Z, and countless other animes. Does that mean they are all moving at some high rate of speed? Yes. Does that mean they are all moving at the same spped? No. In comics, whenever speed is shown, the reader is usually given something to base it off on. Nightcrawlers teleporting combos, or Quicksilver running past sports cars, or spderman dodgind gunfire. So it's easier to determine a comic book characters limits that a manga/ anime character.
Secondly, Kishimoto stated himself in an interview that there would be no guns in Naruto because they would make ninjas inconsequential. Just think. You could be the strongest Kage, and some nobody with a sniper rifle could take you out. Naruto ninjas are not used to anything traveling even remotely near the speed of a bullet. So most would be killed before they know what hit them.
Thirdly, I'd liek to point out the fact that a large number of Ninjas still get killed by Kunai. Look at the konoha invasion. You'll see a large number of Jounin being killed by Kunai. Kakashi kills one of them with a Kunia to the back of the head.
And finally, I'd like to restate the differences in their doding techniques. Neji's technique is simple. He sees an incoming projectile and he dodges it. If he doesn't see it, he doesn't dodge it. Sounds simple enough, but he does have a blind spot that he cannot detect anything Some people asy he could just move and the blind spot would move as well, but am I the only one who noticed that he was dodging Kidomaru's attacks with ease and STILL GOT STABBED 4 TIMES???!!! He was stabbed 2 times before Kidomaru noticed the pattern. Neji's second weakness is his reliance on his kaiten. If he can't use it or his other technique, the Hakke Rokujyuyonsho, all he can do is dodge. His one saving grace is that he's shroter than spider-man, so he should be doding less rocks. Spider-man's Dodging technique relies on his spider-sense anticipating where an attack will come from and instinctively moving his body out of the path of that attack. This works better than the Byakugan because he doens't need to see the objects, instead letting his body move on its own. The only drawbacks to this are that he has a larger body mass than Neji, so he'll have more areas to hit so he'll be doding more, and he doesn't have chakra to convert to stamina, so he may tire faster. Based on those pros and cons, I'd say Spidey still wins this, hands down.

To dodge something of that speed, you need to move ahead of time (unless you are ridiculously fast/reactive), Spiderman wins that.
