toga chii kou no chi.

Not positive on how the title would be in english

咎- means blame, reprimand
才 - ability, talent, gift, genius
句 - sentence
の - particle that indicates possesion or verb-adjective nominalizer
血 - blood,consanguity

咎狗の血 = Togainu no Chi (It looks like people are translating it as True Blood.)

EDIT: It's a videogame, not an anime.
EDIT: On further inspection of that fansite, it looks like it's a game full of gay bishounen... spare me.

True blood sounds right. I think my translation of the kanji phonecticly to kana was right just wrong ones.
