Well, lets get to work on this one (and keep bias thinking out this)

I am having trouble figuring out who would win this match up.

But for know Im going with Black Panther.

Black Panther strength and agility and stuff is around captain america's.
Plus with the vibranium suit he can run up walls and jump of buildings, since the impact is.. err, removed or something.

Also, he's got vibranium claws.

I can't remeber he he has some form of energy blact.

Ahem! regardless, I think spiderman would win.

Spiderman could dodge him and would simply need to web up Black panther in a way so that he can't move his claws to cut the webbing.

Webbig does work on Black panther suit doesn't it? I'm not sure, or does the suit like deflect it or something?

I see, well, vibranium does present a problem.....


but still, spidey's specialty is fighting guys who completly out-power him, I think he may find a way to take it, but it aint gonna be easy
