I need some ANIME moderators to moderate the anime forum and to add interesting anime series and your opinions about them. If something is going wrong, you will be able to moderate the forum. Please PM me or reply here if you're interested.

Before I answer, exactly what will you have in this site besides forums? If that's all your doing, then you might want to find more stuff to put onto it. There are many forum sites and most of them are too big for new ones. But, I'll help if I can know a little mor about your site.
