Hasn't Iron Man helped Spiderman subdue Venom before? I believe he has sonic equipment... With the 5 minutes prep-time, he puts that on, and disables Carnage easily.

Then by braking the sound barrier causing a sonic boom.

well, Iron doesn't really need sonic Items. . . I recall Ironman breaking the sound-barrier deffing DR.strange and blasting him with a proton cannon for the win. carnige better crawl into a man hole before he gets it to him ;)

Ironman. Carnage, who is composed of symbiote, is vulnerable to two things. Fire and Sound. These 2 weaknesses are something Tony could exploit with the press of a button. He can easily make fire with his suit and then he can use his device that emits a piercing screech. Not much Carnage could do unless he caught Tony completely off guard.
