Is there anything stopping Moondragon from mind raping all of New Avengers? Because as far as I know she is >Xavier level telepath.

Without the Mind gem she is an Average telepath, normal jean gray level i guess.
I don't think she could Mind rape people or even if she could, she couldn't hit them all at once.
