yeah, there are even life-size statues of the characters on it too.

If what i heard is correct, they put new sets of statues on it after different story arcs (in poses from the series).

Like one set was the scene with them all raising their arms with the X's on them after the Alabasta arc.

The one after that added Robin into the mix.

Mmmmm, its not an exact replica of Merry-Go, its way bigger than its suppose to be, but how else are there gonna fit the large number of people who would wanna sit in the ship:P

sorry but its not there anymore, it used to be in tokyo bay near the sega joyopolis and that replica of the statue of liberty..... but its not there anymore, it was taken down/moveed about a year ago, i dunno where it is now, its awesome tho.
