Which is more proper? In terms of using the name in subtitles.

Well, the name is composed of two words:
Soge - Short for Sogeki which means Sniper.
King - Selfexplanatory word. Master. Above and beyond. Alpha and the Omega. (in this particular situation anyway)
If we look at grammar, Soge King would be the correct way to write the word but as a name, I believe Sogeking sounds better.
Sogeki-ng.
Yeah, Sogeking makes most sense in my opinion, even if it's 'wrong'.

Well I found an image that came with chapter 369 where it is written as two words. I think I'll go with that.

Well Oda here is clearly influenced by the sentai genre, where the titles are written as one word, but can also be capitalised. So it would probably be SogeKing, like it's MagiKing or DekaRobo, but Sogeking is also fine.
