Requesting a small translation...

Well, at the moment our Databook 2 translators seem to be off and I just need a real quick translation from Japanese to English obviously so I can finish my page. (I'm working as one of the typesetters at Mangahelpers)

You'll notice two sets of black text I have circcled in grey. I need those translated and then I'll have the whole thing done! Very simple for you translators I'm sure, as it's only a few words.
