Official 2006 OP Popularity Contest

That's right. Naruto and Bleach have had their share of the fun and now it's time for the best pirate manga in existance to have its turn.

Place your votes for your top 5 favorite One Piece characters!

How the contest works is that each rank in your top 5 is assigned a different pre-determined number of points. For example:

1. Monkey D. Luffy
2. Roronoa Zoro
3. Portgas D. Ace
4. Sanji
5. Sogeking

Here is my top 5.

Now, depending on their position in my list, each character will receive a different pre-determined number of points:

1. Monkey D. Luffy - 5 points
2. Roronoa Zoro - 4 points
3. Portgas D. Ace - 3 points
4. Sanji - 2 points
5. Sogeking - 1 point

Meaning, yeah, you can't necessarily put "in no particular order" for your top 5. If you like two character equally, I suggest you put whichever character you feel might get the less amount of points in the long run.

The contest will be officially closed after 2 weeks time! At which time the results will be posted!

This isn't as clear cut as Naruto or Bleach is where i can only see myself liking certain characters, but this choice.....it hurts so much. I WILL NOT HIT A WOMA......I MEAN I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO MAKE A DECISION!!


well allright...but im pretty sure my choices arn't gonna be counted because -

1. Sanji/Zoro - Thats right, the two badass muffukas in the crew. Oda's portrayal of their rivalry and their closeness in strength, has got me having them as my favorite characters in the series. Two guys that can be so similar yet so ridiculously different. Two guys that can be so ridiculously badass even without the use of any DF or any other gimmick. I dont think i need to go on. I really couldn't find myself deciding on who i like more, in most cases Sanji is often put down when compared to Zoro and i do try to argue against Zoro in most cases, but i never find myself to start liking him any less. So yea, Sanji and Zoro in first place. TO take it as you want, ignore it if you can't :)
2. Luffy has to come here. He is the perfect Shonen main character. Nuff said.
3. Nami - money loving greedy witches are my type...no really :oh
4. Robin chwaaaaaaaaaaannnnn ~~~ - The flashback got me liking her a lot more
5. Choppa - What would we be without our resident half human half reindeer Doctor.

Yup only Strawhats in my top 5. Others got to do a lot more to even try to budge them off their positions.
