Nice. I love it. I like the fact that the black shinigami robe is coloured. A lot of people tend to leave it like that causing the quality to drop. However, I do prefer a darker shade in the bottom left panels. It is too light compare to Ichigo's and Hiyori's.

Very cool indeed! Nice work. I especially like the way you've done the backgound behind Hollow Ichigo, the gorey red really adds to the feeling of insanity.

Interesting choices of hair colour for the Vaizards too. The pink suits "-n" girl well. I've always pictured the guy with the piercings as being green haired myself tho.. .probably because he looks a bit like Zoro lol

really nice, I like how U shaded shinigamis clothes, and bg begind Ichi.

things that somehow don't fit in my opinion:
- inside of Ichis mouth (it looks almost like the bg, leave the tongue and chnge the rest of the inside and it'll be cool)
- as it was already said, bg of those panels below Hyori is not so dynamic. Add some flashy colour to those panels. (Add some red/orange vertical lines and it should look better IMO)

regarding the bottom left panels backgrounds, the reason its grey with a little red daubed on is because i took that to be the sides of the warehouse rather than a plain background, if you look in the panel with lisa/risa/riza sitting on the concrete its as if thats the wall behind her. not that big a deal though, i might change it at some point :)

But still, they are not that wall-like as they should be. IMO it would be easier to make it good dynamic bg than good wall

maybe its the shading? perhaps a bit of contrast on the skin...
