I just need to clarrify, regarding the strenght of superman who pulls the world. is the spirit bomb of freeza is much heavier or powerfull than the planet?

Spirit Bomb - is a Giant heavy yellow massive ball of energy that freeza uses to destroyed planet vegeta.that once it touches the ground,it won't explode!... However, you'll notice that with just a SLOW MOTION of breaking down the ground, the weight of spirit bomb is more unlikely than the earths weight.its because the planet was SPLITTING its body around so that the magma would continously drifting out too much all over the world.and the reason is because the planet CAN'T WITHSTAND the weight and force on it.even though it DOESN'T applying a force or controlled by freeza anymore, if he saw it touches the ground. So it would CONTINOUSLY going down to the deepest portion of the planet and simply erase the world in the solar system[B].

The only difference between planet destroyer(energy blast) and Spirit bomb is their fast reaction of explosion. PD is instant while SB takes such time to get deeper on the planet until it explodes.but it's explosion, before it touches the ground was insufficient to devastated a place if someone exploded it(ie. freeza himself).so it might proves that SB of freeza is much heavier and powerfull than the planet including jupiter or might be supernova. or anyother heavenly bodies of the universe if it can't resist.

And lastly...if someone like trunks who's just an ordinary SSJ before, had EFFORTLESS to lift the spirit bomb... therefore, a weakling ordinary SSJ will be the same as strength of superman or perhaps more than that?

Can someone explain this one for me:)
