If its already happened in the manga, just say something so this thread can be trashed, but does anybody else think that Naruto's Gamaichi(correct spelling?)- the small son of the frog boss he summons when his chakra control gets messed up- summon may turn out good after the time skip, meaning that the frogs turned out like Akamaru and are now a good size and capable of fighting?

We haven't learned anything new about Naruto's frog summon in the recent mangas. I think this is a minor enough spoiler that sharing it wouldn't really make a difference.

i think it did turn out good... and it does make sence that they'd grow up, i think they're real frogs... juuust in an alternate dimension or something...

I wouldn't be surprised at all if he appeared.

Well if you think about it the animals must grow up...They obviously start out as babies and grow from that. But I don't know how much of a dent 2.5 years is going to put in their life span. Considering that Bunta looks the same as he did 12 years ago. I don't know. It's just my opinion.

Yeah but Bunta's also the king of Toad Summons. So he's gotta be incredibly old. So he really wouldn't change that much in 12 years considering he's probably several centuries old.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Gamakichi turned out to be a powerful fighter. If you look at Gamabunta (who is his father) you see what the toads are capable of, and after two years, who knows what may or may not have happened to Gamakichi, it's a good teory worth pursuing.

In all honesty, Bunta isn't that impressive. Impressive is Manda. Manda fought off two of the boss summons on his own. But that's another comment for another time. Two years isn't going to dent Gamakichi. He's still going to be a young unskilled kid.

You know, even summoning frogs have their new, powerful generation too. :imslow

good point for the opening post, i actually do think (now) that they will be a lot bigger and naruto will need to use more chakra to get summon them.

That's definitely an interesting thought. Although I don't think that the summon spirits operate on the same timetable as the people in Narutoverse.

Maybe Gamakichi will finally be useful but he'll probably be the size of the frog Jiraiya summoned to dispose of Ebisu. After a few years, maybe Gamakichi will be the new frog (or toad) boss.

Nonono! Gamabunta is hundreds of years old. @ 1/2 years won't make Gamakichi that powerflul.

who's to say that naruto's summon frogs have the same aging cycle of regular frogs?

a year could age gamakichi drastically...we dont know

he may be able to eventually summon (and control) Gamabunta
