I mean, he moves faster, rasengan is deadlier....

Look at the big beast thing that grabbed Gandalf - I don't think the 4th would fall for that.

Well, as great a wizard Gandalf is, he has a slight disadvantage. Yondaime Hokage has him beat on speed, power and is perhaps on par with intelligence. Yondaime Hokage should be able to easily win.
