While I was coming back from my trip from Washinton D.C., I was gazing at my Shonen Weekly and I found this:

What is Eiichiro Oda's intentions for this?

World domination, if anything. Though, I do have a question for you, how long did you actually stare at these two panels? o___o

...

I think u have a little too much time on ur hands...

Good finding though. I haven't found him even once. I haven't bothered either. About the Pandaman he always puts it here and there as a joke. it means absolutely nothing.

i though he created pandam as a joke even before he created one piece and started to add him in randomly. i wonder if he will do anything lol

If it wasn't for the circle indicator I wouldn't have seen a thing.

its about nothing, the pandaman is just a joke Eichiro puts in there for kicks, or if your asking what the actual big pic is then its page from the one piece manga

In tv special 4 you see pandaman in onami's restaraunt on numerous occations in the bon voyage op u see ussop catching pandaman while he's fishing

He's usually sorta hard to find in the manga, but never in the anime for some reason

Yeah, the author of the Rave Master manga does this stuff a lot with these guys called "number people," they're just completely blank, white bodies with a number on their face. I guess this kind of stuff is just really popular with manga authors, put a little fun in their work or something.

i think one of the reasons for this is to fill in faces of people.. mangaka will fill frustrated when drawing different faces to a bunch of people.. so they simply put this kinda things... i think

Pandama is the equivalent of Where's Waldo in One Piece.

http://www.thegrandline.com/pandaman.html <This site explains Pandaman's creation and history and also lists the number of his sightings. Seriously, you'll wonder why you never noticed him before because he appears everywhere. x3
