Philosopher's stone on Ed's side, yet Sasuke is in a CS1, 2-tomoe sharingan form....

That makes it a VERY VERY VERY strong state alchemist who is decent at martial arts versus a decent (strong for his age, but at that form, he is not jounin strong) ninja.
