The Ninja's don't have any abilities that could kill Tetsuo, the best they could do is piss him off.

Well mutated Tetsuo is a big as a stadium and Kakashi can bearly teleport away something as big as an arm.

Tetsuo's mind is so fucked up I'm not sure illusionary techniques would work on him.

Again with Itachi's black fire, Tetsuo isn't someone who dies just because you hit him in a vital spot.

they dosent really need for him to stop moving they just have to look at him but naruto characters can move extremely fast even konohamaru can run faster then a regular person and his brain is the tool that helps him regenerate no brain.. no regeneration..

Thats the thing, Tetsuo has far far far superior psychic abilities than ninja boys and it doesn't make any difference if they look at him because Tetsuo already have a fucked up head lol again he'll just make the ninja boy's head pops.

And with him going for the Sol from the ground to the space in mere couple seconds is too damn fast for ninja boys.

You do realize that Tetsuo is like anime/manga version of Cable? Telekinitic, Psychic, and can read and fuck minds up? In sense, he doesn't have to have a visual contact against the ninja boys.

Tetsuo, can shield himself from Sasuke attack. I'm picking sasuke because Itachi could feasibly used Tsuki and then amaretsu, allowing him to win.

Sasuke however does not have that luxury and thereby will just get torn apart, blown up , or have a building thrown at him.

--Oh! After reading the first post I see it is all three at once. Though in truth this does not affect my answer. Tetsuo would only lose if he's caught in a gejutsu.

Kakashi and Sasuke together would be killed. Itachi would win, if he immediately uses Tsuki.

The thing about Itachi being able to beat Tetsuo is that Itachi can torment his mind, which is already an unstable place. Perhaps Itachi wouldn't be able to directly kill Tetsuo, but he could be able to place him out of action by causing him to go crazy enough that he was unable to function. Tetsuo's transformation left him terribly unstable both mentally and physically and therefore, if Itachi were able to hold him in mental torture for long enough I'm almost certain he could break him down enough to claim victory. The reason he could claim victory is that there are many things far worse than death, and a deep mental trauma (the likes of which Itachi could cause) is one of the greatest things that can best anyone. The only problem with this theory is that Itachi would first have to catch Tetsuo with his Mangekyo, which is something I think he would have a hard time doing, but I still don't see it as impossible, especially since Tetsuo, being unstable already, isn't always in control.
