Most ppl will prob pick Pakunoda but im pickin Tsunade.

ppl under estimate her alot, i dont think that pakunoda could pick up gamabunta's sword

I'll go with Tsunade as well. Even with nen boosting Paku's strength Tsunade should be stronger. To my knowledge Pakunoda had no other strength boosting abilities or training.
