Lee seems to be way faster than Ken, even in the animes.

I'd say Lee rushed in, and knocks him flat out, cracking his skull open with a few kicks.

Lee is faster, stronger and has better training and more stamina.
Also, Ken's attacks are linearesque and Lee doesn't charge straight at people, he spirals towards them.

I'd love to see Ken parry all of Lee's attacks, then follow up with a combo into Shippuu Jinrai Kyaku.

As much as it pains me to say this, Lee. I love Ken, but there is no way he can match Lee's speed.
