Erm well Picachu because when Pichu uses electric attacks it also electricutes itself in the process.

Only Pikachu will evolve. Pichu will remain the same.

hmm...if the pichu is actually smart it would win because of its ultrafast speed...but average pikachu would beat an average pichu hands down...
