Two Baskerville from the side whacks the middle one.

Spandam takes Robin and tries to run. "Somebody get Cutty Flam." "No way I can miss this chance to get hgih authority!" says Spamdam.
Spandam gets in a way of Franky's escaping route.

Franky holds Pluton blueprints on his right hand. He asks Kaku and Lucci that they should know it's the real thing. Lucci gets hasty/impatient. Franky bets on StrawHats and burn the blueprint. (If both Robin and blueprints exist, they'll surely revive the anciant weapon.)

Franky burns the blueprint.

Spandam curses Franky and cry/yell. Franky says since the government is after blueprint...

choppers looks like the same thing as what nami yells at the end. Tho my Japanese is a little rusty, I think he's just screaminh, albeit not as much.

Chopper seems just screms "Uwaa" (don't know if it means something. Looks just like scream..).
Well.. I can only read hiragana, and know some basic words :P

nami's is "uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" the first on choppers is "u" but im not sure on the rest.

Not necessarily so, franky could have memorized them so they can exist inside of franky's brain that if he survives this arc.
To add to that, didn't he basically flip through the entire blueprints in front of everyone before he burned it? I'm sure someone may have caught the gist of what it contains.

I believe it has already been said there will not be any color pages for 400.

Anyway, this chapter wasn't exactly as sexified as the last one, but I suppose the burning of the blueprints and the riding on Rocketman will both turn out to be mildly important plot elements, so it was necessary anyway.

I'll admit that now the anxiety of the upcoming fights is getting to me, though. While my faith in Oda is unwavering, I hope we get to see who's fighting who next chapter.

The Baskerville trio makes me more and more curious in what role they'll play in the story... I guess they'll be the ones to stop the higher level lackies (Lulu, Tileston, Square Sisters, Zanbai... and Paulie? I don't like grouping him with them, but...)

I refuse to believe they're out of the picture just from that. We've seen some pointless characters before, but I really can't see these guys being like that. They've had too much focus to be easily knocked out in the background of a picture.

I'll admit that it really does look like they're about to fall to their doom in that Rocketman entrance panel though.

i thought this chapter totally killed the climax. that is my honest opinion. i think oda sensei wanted to make chapter 400 epic, so he dragged out things a bit. but i wasn't too happy with this chapter. but i'm expecting the next dozen chapters to make up for this.

Well it may not be that important. It was stated that Pluton was merely a counter for other weaopns Nico Robin is capable of reviving (Due to her ability to read Ponelglyphs(sp?), so if Robin is so bent on not going wtih the Governmnet, then there's no need for Pluton. At the moment at least .
