Yeah, when I started reading Naruto fanfiction, I wasn't a yaoi fangirl. I read SasuSaku at first, then decided to try SasuNaru. Read a few that I liked, but it wasn't OTP worthy. Actually, if you go to the SasuSai FC here, there are quite a lot of people joining it now since of chapter 347 XD Anyways.....how is bacem a KakaNaru fan is kinda blur really LOL But, it started when I forced (yes, forced) myself to read a yaoi fic....SasuNaru (I REALLY wanted to know why in the world would people like yaoi :sweatdrop) and I was a het fan then.

After reading some stories of SasuNaru, I grew to like it and hence I became a yaoi fan (though, I'm still a het fan as well :amuse ). Also, I never really bothered to read any het fics (none, espectially Sakura (no offense to any Sakura fans) stand out much or gave me a 'wow' impression in characters in my opinion).

As to the KakaNaru....well I was pretty bored with the SasuNaru :laugh So, I always have these weird thoughts of pairings and I got stuck with KakaNaru. I thought 'Sure why not?' and went to read some KakaNaru fics...So, I began to love the pairing XD

I thought I would have the problem with using someone' ideas as well when I first starting my on going WIP but yet I managed not too and you can as well! Just think hard on those ideas you have.

For me I choose the alternative route of something that was very possible and as long as your supporting details are up to par, you can make anything possible in your fanfic.

That's a hard decision ^^ my wip was a one short turned into a multi-chapter story and I made a one shot to make up for that.

Both are liked but personally I prefer multi-chapter~I love seeing how the characters and the plot develops with every chapter and then you get a different kind of finality to things.

Hmmm, this may be a little off topic, but...for those anime watchers...see I DL the raw version as well as the sub for video purposes, but....I was just curious. Has no one noticed that Dattebayo has not aired the slightly changed Opening for Naruto Shippuden?


For those of you who don't know what I am talking about, the Naruto Shippuden Opening has a slight change in it that occured a couple weeks back when team Gai was introduced. At the very end, instead of seeing Kakashi, Sakura and Naruto head off together...it now shows Team Gai along with the Temari, Kankuro and Chiyo all in a row,
LOL, this has nothign to do with KakaNaru, but I found it amusing how DB just rehashed the openings and didn't even bother to change it...for shame...someone is slacking - tsk tsk. Ah well...

Ah yes...I did join the SaixSasuke FC, but to be honest...it's so dead quiet in there...even after I uploaded a doujin for them and kind of half hazardly translated it...lol. ^^' But yes, I know the lyrics shouldn't matter, but the combination of words and pictures do make a powerful punch ne? I have so many KakaNaru project floating in my head, but thanks to recent family drama (ba*$t*rds I tell you!)...it's been hard to get it out on paper without suddenly turning emo or something. It got to the point I sympathize with Sasuke-emo about killing his brother.
Anyways...point [blank stare] I think I forgot...something to do with...ah fanfics. Well, Ari-chan I don't see you've listed fanfiction.net...if you place the character selection under Kakashi and Naruto you'll run into a couple of good ones. I totally reccomend "First Love (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3291738/1/)" by Vicadin-Tea...it's so interesting [nod nod] and it's complete with hopefully an upcoming sequel.
Hmm are there any others we don't know about....[thinks] not really. To be honest there are only a handful of KakaNaru fanfics that are written well. Plus, I think we pretty much know every fanfic out there. Mou...i wish I was fluent in Japanese...there is so many Japanese KakaNaru fanfics it's crazy!

Well besides browsing for images on japanese fansites...the best source would be doujin scans....[smirks] hmmm there is an idea...I could use doujin scans for my own slideshow...but...I think I have a nice stock of KakaNaru images already [peers into collection] 300+ images [thumbs up] huzzah for KakaNaru ne?

But other then the Japanese sites...there isn't a grand source of it. The US fanbase doesn't concentrate outside of SasuNaru and KakaIru. However...i plan to change that...soon. But first...I must head to work *_*
