Chapter 230 SPOILERS
Yes my friends, it is that time of the week! It is Inoshi's weekly [sweatdrops and coughs]...okay somewhat weekly...chapter review!

Well, if you haven't kept up to date, the short summary of the past chapters is that Team Asuma narrowly escaped the clutches of Akatsuki. The truth is, Asuma died while fighting Hidan and Kakuzu, and no miracle jutsu this time around...he actually DIED. Also in past chapters, it turns out that Akatsuki's ultimate goal is world domination and they are gathering the tailed demons as a type of weapon in order to make war. To quote the leader..."war makes money." Er...to sum it all up Akatsuki is trying to control the world through money...it's sort of like an evil super hero creating problems so he can save the day type of thing...at least that's how I get it.

Moving along...anyways this weeks chapter was about everyone who was back in Konoha learning about Asuma's death. We see a lot of interesting things...mainly the key to Naruto's jutsu which is to create a third Kage bushin to handle nature manipulation. Basically as everyone predicted, Naruto is using two clones to help him instead of one. Now here is the KakaNaru moment...

[smirks] Well you see, while Naruto is trying to complete the Wind Rasengan...Kakashi really begins to admire Naruto. Kakashi states that Naruto is truely the #1 unpredictable ninja and actualyl states..."I gotta say....[smiles] I really like you now." All three Naruto make a O__O; face and they loose control of the Windsagen. Naruto natural angered tells Kakashi not to say stuff like that and that Kakashi's creepy ass threw him off, LOL. Kakashi is sweatdropping and tries to tell Naruto he didn't mean it like that, but Naruto yells Kakashi to "back off."

Haha, I have to say, this has to be one of the only implied shounen-ai moments since the accidental Sasuke Naruto kiss Kishimoto has thrown our way. I'm trying to rack my brain for other similar moments, but seriously...for Naruto to react so passionately and for Kakashi going "wait that's not what I meant" Well...I for one want more! This is a huge KakaNaru moment since Naruto glomped onto Kakashi and told him he really liked him.

My only complaint...as before...why is it only NOW that Kakashi is realizing how cool Naru-chan is, ne? Geezs, for being his sensei...he really doesn't know Naruto at all [shakes head] But at least that's beign fixed...but I bet Kakashi is seriously regretting not training Naruto sooner...stupid Sasuke emo...

Ahem, unfortunately the moment is short lived. Naruto, Kakashi and yamato find out abotu Asuma's death and Kakashi and Naruto set out to attend the funeral. Again...I am denied Sai...[shivers] Nooooo SAAAAI! But....we learn that Konohamaru was Asuma's nephew...and hey...is it me or does Naruto look more like the 4th without his headband?

The chapter ends with Shikamaru (who picked up the habit of smoking now). Shika-chan has decided to try and take Asuma's place, using his sensei's old hand blades. Once again, the reminder of "who the King is" plays an importanty part. A newly reformed Team 10 goes out to meet thier fate...but what battles will persue and who exactly is the King? Another confritation with Akatsuki? Or is it time for the new Team Seven to shine again?
