Did I get this right?

I was trying to form the phrase "Watcher of all things" or "Watcher of Everything" and I came up with "Isshiki no Yotogi". Is that about right?

That could work, but Isshiki no Yotogi can also mean "All the watchers" since isshiki could be modifying yotogi, so to make more sense you could say "Kumanaku na Yotogi", where kumanaku means everywhere, all over.
