It was an ok episode ...nothing special but not completely crappy either. I agree that the best part was the "Renji, undress" bit but it would've been better in Dattebayo translated it as "take it off" instead of undress. I also like the idea that when Renji is not distressed he would happily mess with Ichigo in the way Rukia used to ....

Ukitake michael sure was scary.
The fillers dont seem to be so bad though I would have liked to see some fighting.

I forgot in exactly which magazine it was in, but one of the magazines in Japan published biographys of each captain. All that stuff that Japanese are interested in. Hobbies, age, weight, blood type, etc.

One of the things they revealed about Ukitake was that he really likes hitsugaya (no not in the pedophile way). This is due to theym both having white hair and to their first names sounding similar (toushirou and juushirou). I thought there was another reason but I can't remember it...

Anywho, he always has a habit of giving him candy since he views him as basically a lil brother.

Good episode though. That Renji/Ichigo scene was hilarious. The translation was definitely a lil funky though... you can't really translate it and keep the feeling the same though... we just don't use a word like that in english.

I liked the way they won this game but IMHO, it would've also been better if Claude didn't freak out and just said some casual comment like "Strange cat" or "Ichigo, why are you wasting time over a woman and her cat when our friends are in danger." That way it would've be less a mistake in acting by Claude and more, his ignorance of detailed information shared by Team Ichigo.

I wish they'd have given a reason for what soi fong and yoruichi were upto other than smashing the window >.< I find it amusing that Yoruichi was moving in cat form as fast as soi fong was heh.

I've actually been loving the arc, as much as I"m waiting for it to catch up to the manga, I'm liking the change of pace - as far as the anime's concerned, it's been non-stop action for the last few months. Last thing I want is Ichigo pulling 20 "rasengans" in fillers. Plus this whole mystery feel of it kinda keeps me on the edge of my seat, not quite sure what's gonna happen next. Usually with battle scene's it's the fight talk fight flashback burst of strength counter get beat final burst of strength win formula. Can't wait for next week.

This filler arc is pretty good (if we compare with Naruto Filler arc's it's a genius filler arc):P

I have to admit Bleach fillers aren't bad at all. It's way better than when Naruto fougth Tony the Tiger from the Mizuki arc, or the transexual from the rice country arc.

I can't wait for the next episode, since I'm interesting in seeing where Chad is. I wish there was more fighting, but I like this mystery. I knew Chad was the fake the whole time though, and I was just waiting to see how long it would take the others to figure it out.

And awesome: more Soi Fong! She's one of my favorite character.

I like this filler alot more than the naruto crap. and it looks like it has alot more depth as we are soon doing to find out hwo is behind all this gaming and such. (3 unknown characters in the end credits) however...

am I the only one who keeps thinking that the non filler ichigo would tell that chick she can stuff her little games and figure out a way to not actually play them?>

just seems to me that there are times where ichigo is just going along when he doesnt need to.

What I like about this chapter :

1. the reappearance of Soi Fong.
2. the game of finding the fake one with a cliffhanger ending asking them to find a real one.
3. Ishida's funny character with the threads and needles.
4. Ichigo and Renji's comedy.
5. Shinigami Cup golden featuring the chibi genius.

I would have to disagree currently, however.

This Anko arc in the anime is freakin' amazing. So far, well made Naruto filler > well made Bleach filler.

Anyway, this was an alright episode. I'm getting pretty dulled out with these stupid games, but this episode has some hilarious moments. Namely, the Ichigo and Renji scene and the Shinigami Golden Cup special (freakin' hilarious XD).

All this comparing fillers, lol. Right now the Naruto fillers have me glued more so than Bleach as I enjoyed 171 of naruto alot more than 67 of Bleach. But I enjoyed this ep tho, but I was hoping for more action since Bleach is usually constant action and/or suspense. But overall, a nice ep.

most surprising part was soi fong and yourichi the cat, got me excited when they were heading towards ichigo's school, then the big , W#$# ,jus breakin the glass , and none of them (ichigo,inoue,ishida,chad,renji) didnt react surprised to see soi fong.

like i posted on almost all the filler ep discussions. i liked this ep. not any fighting but the story is exiting enough to keep my mind on the story and not be bored of no fighting. the puzzle of these eps are cool.

also i thought the fake was either ishida or inoue. i was thinking if they were smart they would remove the smartest one in the group or inoue by the way she was acting when she found out tatsuki was missing. she totally snapped. so unlike her. anyway these filler kick ass in my mind. cant wait to see what happens next. keep it up bleach

I like the puzzles myself too. I'm proud of myself cause I figured out the first puzzle. Right when I saw that floor crumble I said to myself "Test the ground and see if it's solid" I was right.

In the long run, Bleach will have MUCH, MUCH more fillers than Naruto.

Get this:

The Naruto manga is currently 55 chapters of manga material ahead of the anime. However, many agree that, even with all these Naruto fillers, the Naruto anime will have to have small filler arcs inbetween every major Part II arc from now on if the manga's to keep ahead.


Bleach manga....is only 31 chapters of material ahead. And as you probably don't know, unlike Naruto in which the average canon anime episode eats up 2 manga chapters, the average Bleach anime episode eats up 3 chapters (sometimes even 4 chapters).

Yeah, needless to say, Bleach is in for a far worst situation. I'm expecting these fillers to at least last till Fall of this year...then they might do the manga arc that just ended...and then we'll get another half year of fillers...

It's why the anime went ahead and said, "Aizen won't be able to move for at least a year or so." Which is completely contrary to the mangas "any day now" after Soul Society.

Yeah, its Studio Pierrot's fault for that rediculous pace they went through the manga at. Hell the double episode at the start of Ichirin no Hana's run went through a whole Volume worth of manga.

You'd think they know each other better than that, too. Only excuse I can think of is that the stress of the situation and of the recent past changes people (although ishida and renji seemed relatively normal). Orihime did freak out, but chad was just throwing out all sorts of weird vibes, even accusing ichigo of being the perp?

Oh well, although I still rank the SS arc the highest, the fillers are as interesting as the initial hollow arc to me. And naked yoruichi! I'm totally falling for that gimmick.

I'm satisfied with the filler. 67 was good but it reminded me of Agatha Christie's "Ten Little Niggers". Unfortunately, it wasn't even close.
This "Game" (:huh) arc isn't that bad. It just goes on a little too slow. Be patient.There's special ahead, so there will be fighting.:laugh

hey if theres gonna be a full year of fillers i dont mind them taking it slow. i would rather like this arc to be a 30 ep good one then beeing cut off at 10 eps and start a new arc that might not be as good (naruto problem).

also rinrin is annoying as shit and she doesent even look cute in this ep. idk why but her looks changed so now she isnt annoying BUT cute just annoying

It'll be interesting what Soi Fong's role in this arc is.. perhaps she has something to do with those renegade mod-souls in the past.. Though she might not be as strong of Ichigo, she's been around for hundreds of years and probably has the experience back it up..

Not a bad filler at all beating the Naruto fillers bye far (although the current Anko arc is better). Missing the lack of action though tbh so hopefully it will add some in the later eps

I just dl'd and watched this one yesterday. So far, the filler arc seems very good compared to Naruto filler. I'm glad that the anime team did not throw in dumb Don Konan'ji humor and random hollow slayings. The new filler villians seem awesome. If I had not known better, I would've thought this was cannon material.


It's awesome to see my goddess (Soi Fong) in the filler. :) The anime is doing a great job in filling in some of the hole. The anime team picked up on the Yoruichi and Soi Fong relationship. Hopefully, it does not screw up Kubo's work.
