Hello i am a very hygenic person; brush my teeth 3 x a day, mouthwash, deodarent, shower every morning, etc etc... But 2 things appear to be unsolvabe. 1st of all i have a fgew black heads next to my nose and i have tried 2 brands of strips, a tool, liquid stuff, yet they still wont go away. number 2 is that though i brush my teeth alot and have tried diffrent brands of toothpaste my teeth never get completly white they are stained or something. Even when i get back from the dentist they still arnt perfectly white. I also am normal weight; i would like to be fit and muscular but i use to do about 200 situps and pushups a day adn i didn't find it making a diffrence, so i gave up. But thats not really a problem i guess...
Is there anyway to solve these 2 problems

Can't help u with the blackheads...
As for whiteness of ur teeth, use those "white strips" or see the dentist for a teeth whitening. Both ways are expensive (the strips are like $70, the latter being very expensive) and only temporary. Depends on how much if u want to invest in ur good looks.
Do more pushups? Lifting weights is generally more effective for the upper body.
O yeah... By the time u get to college, u might have to comprimise ur high standards of hygeine :P

Blackheads actually depend on your genes and hormones. You are like my friend, she washes her face with all the "clean and clair" and "clearasil" and still have blackheads. I don't think you can get rid of them easily, especially if you have oily skin.
Weight depends alot on what you eat too. Eat more vegetable, fruits and lean protein meats. Don't eat too much.

Don't worry about it, just think of all the people dirtier than you and you'll feel better in an instant!

Blackheads spring up regardless of your personal hygiene. I know a dirty guy who never smells like he's had a proper wash (in fact, he smells like anus every day), yet his face is smooth as a baby's bottom. Talk about unfair :(.
Anyway, you can always steam your face to coax your blackheads out of your pores or use country music, it's very effective. Or you could manually squeeze them out, but it tends to leave nailmarks.
As for the teeth, Colgate has a 2 week treatment that has a money-back guarantee and is relatively inexpensive (about 14 dollars I think). It works.

You won't gain much muscle mass by doing pushups only, you need to lift weights. I have oily skin and get blackheads around my nose, and strips seem to work temporarily. As for the teeth, get that new whitener that uses some kind of light or some crap, see if that works.

This thread describes the Bizzaro version of myself! :amazed
I shower 1-2 times a week, brush me teeth once or twice a week as well.
I generally never re-apply deoderant, only after a shower. I find it wears off at the end of the week, leaving my underarms stinky, but it doesn't escape off to other people, so it's cool.
My nose is one giant blackhead, acutally. I can't seem to do anything about that. Tried the strips they just don't work at all.
I'm a very dirty person I guess, but I'm much too lazy to shower and brush my teeth every damn day.
Any suggestions?

Do you wash your hands with soap & water after using the bathroom?
I have a set of rules for post-bathroom washing:
Piss - water rinse.
Shit - heavy water rinse, unless you get some of the shit on your hand, then it's a deep soaping.
Depends a lot on how bad your hand smells afterwards. I mean, if you piss all over your arm or something, it's soap time.
