^It was okay. Lots of dialogue plus a bunch of comedic stuff.

It ended the way the first filler ep did. Chad got sucked into the giant door of doom. The villains introduced themselves but nothing else really happened (more info when the sub gets out) . It's kind of hard to say what will happen next. Preview shows Ichigo, Renji, and Ishida in a museum. Guess we gotta wait for the sub.

Anyway, entertaining episode I thought. Sub should be interesting. The only thing I didn't like was the evil-looking Orihime choking Chad. It looked... so... wrong... :cry

damn this is a terrible quality episode, not content wise, but the drawings just suck, Ichigos pupils are different sizes and places sometimes, other than that i liked it, cant wait for the sub to come out
ps im not trying to bash teh bleach fillers, im actually optomistic about them, but some of those drawings were just not normal bleach quality, must be giving their newbs a try at animating

I like this episode.

-The Hell's Gate-looking thing is cool, although obviously not the same gate. Wonder where it goes?
-Plot is slowly unveiling itself so far. The villains are targetting spiritually aware/powerful folks? Then Ishida is probably next on the list.
-The villains are.. unnaturally polite. Cloud is a Willy Wonka wannabe, Rin Rin is.. strangely cute, and Nova seems to be the most interesting of the three. I bet he's a damn bishi.
-Renji, the poor bastard. He's gotta resort to stealing food for a kidnapped victim now.

haha renji is gonna starv to death if this keeps up. i found the ep kinda cool. not to much but kept it interesting and makes me want to know more. when they were running around the town i got way to much die hard in new york feeling but it was ok. nova seems badass though.

pretty interesting ep again, got to meet the villains properly, and soul society are becoming search squads for the time being, that bodes well for some further interesting material :D

Shame Chad got dragged in, I was hoping we'd see him in a bit of action. Ah well the villains definately have some bad ass powers, each has their own ability and then they can just dissapear? or is it a very high speed. Either way its going to take something impressive to beat them I think.

Also if anyone didn;t watch the shinigami's cup, watch it now :P soooo funny :P

I liked this episode. The villains don't look like people who would kidnap others for fun. Well, the girl does but she's not interesting because she resembles Yachiru. I don't think I'll like this arc:cry I miss Soul Society. :cry

Yeah, i would have liked some chad-aktion too... but just because he got sucked into this gate (not the hellgate as mentioned in the ep) doesnt mean he wont fight in the near futur as we dont really know what this thing is all about. I somehow have the feeling that these 3 new guys arent actually the villains in this arc... please dont ask me why...

I actually enjoyed the fillers of Bleach. They are better than Naruto's fillers (I also watched Naruto fillers too). There are so much of IchiOri moments in episode 63 and 64. Ichigo getting easily frustrated with wanting Inoue back (to him).

I dunno...this ep seemed kinda boring to me. It picked up at the end, but i almost fell asleep wathcing this ep. It was good, but the art seemed off at times. And it seems the whole Aizen thing will be put off for a year, so it means plenty of filler before he'll even be mentioned again.

I kinda noticed something, in DB subs when Ichigo and Renji are about to go attack Cloud and Nova, the sub said "Let's Go! I'm boiling up" but when I heard it , it sounded more like "Ishida, brat something something". Soo...am I just hearing things or did DB speed sub too quick and didn't catch something o_O

Anyway, episode was pretty good, I couldn't help but pay attention to crappy animation on the eyes/faces but other than that it was pretty good. Not too much explained though, quite a number of humerous things though.
And Ishida is probably next, then again he has no powers so would they take him too?

But Nova is cool~ haha, he reminds me of Hisagi Shuuhei. Cloud is bleh, and Ririn is too cute to dislike. Too bad she won't be in the series too long once this arc ends. :cry

The episode wasn't really that great in my opinion. It seems like this writer likes to use drama though, and he's not going to let Ichigo or Renji just slice their way through it.:P It really did remind me of Yu-Gi-Oh filler episodes though. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be Ichigo, Renji, and Ishida versus those three "villains". After they beat them individually, they'll probably move on and fight the other villains. It doesn't seem that interesting though.

Wow, am I the only one who hated Ririn? I'm not really a big fan of uber cutesy Japanese things, especially as she's 1) sucking people into the "Gates of Hell" and 2) interrupting the Arrancar and Vaizards from messing around on earth. But the episode was not too unexpected - heavy on the corny jokes and teasing with small shots of captains and other popular characters.

Who else agrees that Bleach is a pretty awful series in terms of sticking in fillers? This filler makes pretty much no sense and they'd be better off just laying off the shinigami altogether. Like take Renji to the beach and watch him play in the water.

Eh was I the only one who thought the vast majority of the episode was dumb? I liked how it started out in SS and the ending. All the crap in between running around and etc I found dumb and well it was just filler. Art was pretty poor in this episode as well, hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

At first I though Ichigo said "Ishida, blah blah.." but after turning up the volume and replying it a few times I got "Isa gakuya (or gakiya) ma something something.." And no I don't know Japanese but I played it over quite a few times.

Same here, he used "Ishida" and "gaki", so he probably said "Ishida you take care of the brat". It would make sense since Renji and Ichigo were facing Cloud and Nova, "Let's go! I'm boiling up!" doesn't fit as well as that. They made a similar error in Naruto's episode too this week, mistaking Yoroi's absorption ability for an absorption device. But hey, you can't blame them, they're super quick with their subs, one or two things may easily slip.

About the episode, it was ok, I liked the introduction of Nova, Cloud and Rinrin. They seem very well designed to be filler characters. The running around the city part was a little boring but not that bad. I still have hope for this to be a cool filler arc. :amuse

Yeah, they speed sub incredibly quick so there's bound to be a few wrong things from time to time. I just wanted to make sure haha, cuz I could've sworn I heard something different that time.

I still duno how they're going to use Ishida, I mean he can't do anything lol. His powers are gone, so I duno if the three guys are going to take him either since well, he doesn't have much, if any, powers left.

Anyway, I kinda get the feeling that somewhere its going to be like...the main bad guy of the fillers (the white hair in the ED) will somehow "dispose" of his minions I guess and Cloud and Nova die or one dies. Then one of them before dying lets Ririn run away blah blah typical thing. I duno I just get the feeling something like that will happen, but hey I could be wrong.

I also noticed this morning while flipping through it again that Byakuya isn't there. I'm assuming he's probably still in the hospital, but was he that messed up? lol It really doesn't have any relevance to anything but I just felt like pointing that out.

Bleach is fairly new to filler arcs, so we don't know how good this will be, but this this particular ep wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either. If this arc keeps at it like this, most people will stop downloading the series (lol, like doing that is actually gonna DO something about the fillers). But so far the story seems interesting enough to hold the series for now.

Naruto's fillers go all over the place, but we've had them for awhile so people have gotten used to the cornball acts in them, lol hell, we cherish them now:amuse

Well, the new naruto filler arc looks really promising as well, if you haven't seen it check it out. That ep renewed my faith in Naruto fillers, but it makes me question where the hell's that type of quality in ealier eps.

You know... i was watching the ending again (and someone probably discovered this before me...) but the turtle doll has an X on its back, just like Nova. The bunny doll has the same tie as Cloud. I havent seen much similarity between the bird doll and Ririn tho... cept for maybe the frilly sleeves... and that aint much to go on.

Over all a good ep...leagues and away from Mizuki the Tiger... that was a lowest low in Naruto i think. But then, hopefully this Anko filler can redeem them.

Ichigo does say "Ichigo, I leave the Brat to you". I don't know what they were thinking when they wrote that subtitle about him saying "Man, I'm so boiled" or whatever crap it was. Simply terrible...

To be honest I find this filler more fun to watch then most of the soul society saga, it was boring as hell i mean every episode it was like "NEW ENEMY OMG HE IS STRONGER THEN ME BUT I HAVE BANKAI OMG LOL YOU LOSE"

The Pros:
-It's Bleach
-It's not bad for filler. Not brilliant, but not a black spot on my soul either.
-Renji eating out of Orihime's fridge (what was he eating? It looked like a yogurt stick or something...)
-Ishida's mad lock-picking skillz


The Cons:
-The sudden (and noticable) drop in animation quality. Ichigo lost his rugged manly look, and everybody just looked sort of...demented and ugly somehow. Even Yoruichi in cat form looked bad. Ick, the animation was the worst part.
-Watching four guys run around town for twenty minutes doesn't exactly make for a riviting story, but it's leagues above Naruto's Curry of Life and Tony the Tiger Mizuki.
-Ichigo being reduced to an emo!teen screaming "Where are you? Where are you?" into the phone over and over again....


The Wtf:
-Urahara just so happens to have a huge-ass tape recorder on hand?
-Urahara's "studying"...'nuff said
-Ichigo fought a Menos Grande (powerful), fought Ikkaku (high level shinigami), fought Renji (vice captain), fought Kenpatchi (captain), fought Byakuya (uber captain), WON, and now he's back to cut-and-slash


It wasn't a bad episode, just kinda bad because it's Bleach. Definitely better than any other anime filler I've seen though ^_~
