How do you properly save and view gif animations on Windows XP? Also can someone tell me the user name of the guy with the "I see you, Kuchiki Bayakuya" gif animation?

Well I suppose you get it now. Just right click, save as, make sure you are saving it in GIF format and you are done.

on the same topic are you able to use animated gifs for msn avatars? if so how?

To view them I use Photoshop, it shows each frame as a layer. Dont know about other editing programs but its probably similar

I believe to use them on MSN you have to put them into a different format. Not sure what that is, though. Sorry.
