Arlong vs Kisame

Aight, I thought this would be spiffy. Arlong can use everything he has, but Kisame is limited to his swords, and that thing Zabuza does with the mist.

Arlong. Kisame probably wouldn't even be able to hurt him. But then again using Samehada with hidden mist he cut up could up Arlong, but Samehada's main function is to drain chakra, something Arlong doesn't even have, rendering Samehada pretty much useless. It would just take Arlong getting a hand on Kisame and he'd be dead. He could easily crush him with his strength.

Hm... True, Samehada isnt that good of a sword against someone like this. Okay, Kisame has Zabuza's sword for some reason. That may help. And some more basic Sutons, such as the clone jutsu.

The change of sword wouldn't do much. It would probably shatter used against him. Clone jutsu without other effective jutsu is pretty much useless. It could only be used to run away without other things to use it with.

The thing is, water techniques won't do any good because Arlong strong is actually augmented when he is in the water and he is also much fast. I don't see how Kisame could win even with his jutsus.

Kisame has monstrous strength and a very high stamina and chakra level.
Plus,Kisame can use his Samehada(spiky mode) to slash Arlong.

Someone shot a cannon ball at Arlong and he caught it in his mouth.... then crushed it with his teeth. He also shot drops of water at people that were as powerful as getting shot at by a shotgun. The guy is a beast.

Kisame has super-human strength? Proof please. Also I already stated that his swords primary function is shaving chakra, something Arlong lacks. So Samehada would be pretty useless in this battle.

Arlong shoots waterbullets at Kisame and Kisame wouldn't be able to do much about it. Physical strengthwise I'd probably give it to Arlong as well, since he can flip around houses with little effort. I doubt Kisame is that strong.

And Asuma has a 4-5 in strength, I forget.


And when Kisame fought Gai, one swing of his sword was stopped by Gai's nunchaku, and Gai got pushed/thrown down into the water.



So seeing as how Kisame with one swing can out strength even Gai... And Rock Lee with his 3 strength could pull a giant ass root out of the ground...


I'd say Kisame's physical strength would far exceed Arlong's. Not to mention his speed, which is surely 5+ level in stat.

Arlong can knock you down by effortlessly thrown water at you. Take that in mind. Now imagine him punching someone full force.

And Kisame's speed would still far exceed Arlong's. As he was not very fast. And if Kisame is capable of landing hits on the speed demon that is Gai, he has to have some speed.




Also Kori, this battle limits Kisame. Kisame all out would beat Arlong no doubt. Jutsus make it unfair against a character like Arlong. OP villians don't start to get godly til Crocodile.

I think Kisame has the chakra capacity to try all kinds of jutsu on Arlong untill he finds a good combination.

I think Kisame would have to think really hard on this one, so he will be using the mist clones for a long time. But, eventually, I think he could do it.... And Arlong is much much stroner then Kisame.

That is due to expert chakra control. Thus that is why Sakura has super strength as well. I doubt Kisame has the chakra control that Tsunade posesses. And like I said before, Arlong can knock someone over by playfully throwing water at them. Take that but make it a punch to the face. Not even someone like Tsunade has that strength. I think we've determined Arlong in strength>Kisame.

If you didn't notice, this battle has actually evolved into that. We are pretty much pitting full strength kisame against arlong.

While, that is true, this battle is on what we have seen of him. I also sort of doubt that he has a ton more potential than he's shown already.

What I am saying is, what we have seen of Gai's physical strength is pretty buff. And it appears as if he is simply playing around when he pushes an opponent through a thick solid concrete wall.

If Kisame with one arm as a 30% chakra clone can overpower Base Gai, I'm willing to bet Kisame physically is stronger than Arlong. And with the speed, he could shred Arlong apart with Samehada.
