after arabasca arc

I wonder if after ep 130 is fillers? cuz I find it really boring.. if it is, can someone tell me from which episode does it follow back the manga?

There's quite a bit of filler after Alabasta, not sure if it was exactly 130, but all the filler ends at the last few seconds of episode 143 I believe.
