Phoenix Corp vs. Green Lantern Corp.
On one hand you have an unknown amount of omega level humanoids with the power of the Phoenix Force that can virtually do whatever the want with Psionic power. Led by none other than complete White Crown Phoenix Jean.

Hmm. It's really hard to make an accurate comparison, since at different points Phoenix has had different strength levels.
The Phoenix Force is based on the life (and life to be) of every organic creature; at various points, it's been described as the most powerful entity in the Marvel universe
However, so have the Beyonder and the Molecule Man; it was later ret-conned.
Similarly, Parallex has been massively powered up, and powered down -- is he at Zero Hour levels, or what?
One thing is for sure: with Parallax and the Phoenix Force involved, there will probably be some sort of Universal Reincarnation involved

Its a lil mind bugging, but I think its an even match. And yes its Paralax from Zero Hour, but he takes on Jean as White Crown Pheonix in a one on one.
While the others go to war...........

You know Phoenix, Iceman, Kid omega, Franklin Richards and a few more are what you call Omega lvl mutants. See, those guys are only limited in their powers by their imagination. Any of these guys at full potential vs another character is unfair, it's like opposing someone to a mini Living Tribunal.
In the same way, Green Lantern is limited by his imagination but I've seen the whole Green Lantern association, dunno how they are called, being wipe out by some guy with purple energy. I'll research for his name and edit after I find it.+ The phoenix is immortal so I'd say she wins.

Parallax was pretty much omnipotant. While he couldnt kill the PF itself, he could probably kill any host it takes.
You know Phoenix, Iceman, Kid omega, Franklin Richards and a few more are what you call Omega lvl mutants. See, those guys are only limited in their powers by their imagination. Any of these guys at full potential vs another character is unfair, it's like opposing someone to a mini Living Tribunal.

Parallax from Zero Hour has done some crazy shit.
And those GL's are no push over. Although they do have some Low lows, and High highs witch makes them some what contradicting at time.
But this match is soely on the Pheonix Corp. And those how have wield PF at some time vs the GL's

Just because you are a host of the PF dosnt make you near Omnipotent. Jean wasnt so until her "final mutation" stuff and it said she was the true avatar of the Pheonix or something like that, she is the closest the PF has to a physical form. Jean is the most powerful host of the PF, everyone else is below her by quite a bit unless I missed something.
On another note, I think you should switch Parallax for Ion. Pretty much the same power but Kyle was soooo much cooler with it :P
